Preparation phase: Select soldiers with the left mouse button, deploy soldiers with the right mouse button, and click the "Finish" button to start the combat phase.

Combat phase: Left click to select deployed soldiers (you can click, or box select), and right click to set the soldiers' movement destination. (Just like RTS games)
